Phil
Practice Owner | MD

Phil is the practice owner and the driving force behind our dedicated team. His passion lies in creating a dynamic healthcare environment where both patient experience and clinical outcomes are always the top priority. As a practitioner, mentor, and educator, Phil is committed to delivering exceptional care, no matter how complex the patient’s condition may be. 

With specialised expertise in Musculoskeletal rehabilitation and extensive experience as a manual therapist, Phil ensures that every patient receives the best possible treatment.

Outside the clinic, Phil values quality time with his family, enjoys traveling, and stays active by running and spending time in the gym.

Jennifer
Officer Manager

Jen is the office manager at Clyde Injury Clinic, where she plays a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Known for her warm, approachable nature, Jen is dedicated to creating a welcoming environment for both patients and staff.

Beyond her office responsibilities, Jen has a true passion for complementary therapies. In her spare time, she offers a range of treatments to support the well-being of others, further demonstrating her commitment to helping people feel their best.

In addition to her work at CIC, Jen also serves as an administrative assistant for My Health Scotland, an organisation focused on improving health and quality of life.
Outside of work, Jen enjoys spending time with family and friends, is an avid music lover, and loves attending concerts.

Rish
Clinical Lead

Rish is an experienced MSK Physiotherapist at CIC, with a strong academic foundation, having completed his MSc in Sports & Exercise Science and Medicine from the University of Glasgow. With over three years of experience working with elite athletes in both India and the UK, Rish brings a wealth of expertise to the clinic.

He truly believes that age is just a number and applies elite training methods to clients of all ages, ensuring everyone receives top-tier care. Thanks to his background in sporting excellence, Rish stays highly engaged during the rehabilitation process and is deeply committed to achieving outstanding outcomes for his patients.

Rish’s specialty lies in treating sports-specific injuries, but he also has a strong interest in lower limb injuries (from back to foot) and shoulder injuries.

Outside of his clinical work, Rish enjoys exploring new places, taking hiking trips, and loves engaging in passionate discussions about sports.

Waleed
MSK Physiotherapist

Waleed brings a friendly, forward-thinking approach to our practice, and his calm demeanor ensures that all his patients feel at ease. He holds an MSc in Sports and Exercise Science from the University of Glasgow and brings valuable experience from his previous role in a private clinic. With a strong focus on knee and shoulder rehabilitation, Waleed is dedicated to helping patients regain strength and mobility, empowering them to return to their best selves.

Waleed’s path into physiotherapy was shaped by a personal journey—having missed the chance to pursue a career in professional football due to a serious injury. This experience ignited his curiosity about injury recovery and healing, leading him to discover his passion for physiotherapy.

Outside of his work at CIC, Waleed enjoys exploring new destinations and embarking on exciting adventures.

Jaime
MSK Physiotherapist

Jaime is a highly intelligent Physiotherapist with a strong commitment to her patients and a wealth of experience that she brings to our clinical team here at CIC. Known for her easy-going and friendly demeanor, Jaime enjoys working with individuals of all ages.

 
As a skilled manual therapist, Jaime takes pride in educating her patients, empowering them to improve their understanding of their injuries and enhancing their overall treatment experience. She is a trusted professional who is dedicated to providing exceptional care for every patient.

 
With a specialist interest in women’s health, Jaime is excited to be launching a Pelvic & Obstetrics Physiotherapy clinic here at CIC, expanding her expertise to support women at all stages of life.
Outside of her work, Jaime enjoys spending quality time with her partner and son, maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Eilidh
MSK Physiotherapist

Eilidh is a caring and compassionate Physiotherapist, an advanced practitioner, and an integral member of our clinical team. She is a specialist MSK Physiotherapist and serves as the clinical lead within her NHS practice. Eilidh is deeply involved in international sports work and has a passion for working with athletes at all levels.

Her holistic approach to assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation allows her to achieve outstanding outcomes for her patients, focusing on their long-term recovery. Eilidh’s clinical interests include sports—particularly football—having spent 10 years working with teams in the SPFL and the SFA. She also specialises in Orthopaedics/MSK, with a particular emphasis on knee injuries and rehabilitation.

Outside of her professional work, Eilidh is a keen distance runner, a rugby referee, and loves spending quality time with her husband, daughter, and dog.

Rashi
MSK Physiotherapist

Currently pursuing her MSc in Advanced Physiotherapy Practice at Glasgow Caledonian University, Rashi brings a strong academic background paired with hands-on clinical experience.

Her journey in physiotherapy has seen her work across musculoskeletal, sports, neurological, and geriatric cases, with a particular passion for helping those with MSK conditions.

Whether in hospital wards or community clinics, she’s committed to delivering evidence-based care through personalised rehabilitation programs that put patients at the heart of their recovery.

Outside of the clinic, she loves exploring movement in all its forms—especially through aerial fitness, swimming, and travelling to new places whenever she can.

Gillian
Sports Massage Therapist

Gillian is a highly skilled and valued Sports Massage Therapist at our clinic. With her friendly and approachable nature, she creates a comfortable and welcoming environment for all of her clients. Gillian has a genuine passion for manual therapy and is committed to providing top-quality service with each session, ensuring her clients always feel completely at ease.

Outside of the clinic, Gillian enjoys holidays abroad and staying active with regular exercise, including the occasional triathlon.

Alanah
Sports Massage Therapist

Alanah is a graduated Sports Rehabilitator with a genuine passion for massage therapy. Her outgoing and enthusiastic personality makes her a joy to work with, and she’s always striving to help others achieve their best. Alanah is deeply committed to providing the best possible patient experience and believes that recovery is essential for everyone, no matter their fitness level.

In her free time, Alanah enjoys going on holiday, staying active, being social, and watching football.

Trudie
Admin

Trudie recently completed her modern apprenticeship in business and administration at PG Paper Company and now splits her time between working at the clinic and PG Paper. She is known for being professional, friendly, and building a strong rapport with patients of all ages.

Outside of work, Trudie is a dedicated Rainbow Leader and a member of the Greenock Players Drama Group. With her sociable nature, she enjoys spending time with friends, has a love for live music, and thrives on meeting new people.

Lauren
Admin

Lauren’s journey to our team has been shaped by determination and strength, having triumphed over a life-changing accident. Her first-hand experience with injury and recovery allows her to be a compassionate and understanding member of our staff, always ready to offer the support and empathy our patients need.

Outside of her role at CIC, Lauren volunteers twice a week at the hospital, generously giving her time to help others. When she’s not working or volunteering, Lauren enjoys hitting the gym and has a true passion for swimming and running.

Heather
Admin

Heather is a friendly and welcoming member of our team at Clyde Injury Clinic. A retired midwife, Heather now brings her caring nature and positive attitude to her part-time role at the clinic, where she excels at making patients feel at ease and enjoys connecting with everyone who walks through the doors.

Outside of work, Heather is always on the go—whether it’s running, walking her dog, trying her hand at golf, or cheering on her favorite football team. She’s also a big fan of music and loves socialising with friends.

Meet Rahima! With a background in Dentistry (BDS) from Pakistan, Rahima is now excited to continue her professional journey here in the UK.

She brings valuable experience in patient care and is currently volunteering with the British Heart Foundation, showing her dedication to both healthcare and the community.

Rahima is joining our admin team, where her warm and approachable nature will be a real asset. She’s passionate about helping people feel at ease and supported in every interaction, whether in person, over the phone, or behind the scenes.

Outside of the clinic, Rahima loves travelling, dancing, exploring fashion, and meeting new people—and always brings positive energy wherever she goes!

Neve
Digital Marketing Assistant

Neve is a 4th-year Physiotherapy student, graduating next year.

She has a keen interest in neurorehabilitation, spinal rehab, and MSK physiotherapy, and enjoys supporting patients as they make progress towards their goals.

She’s also part of our marketing team, so you might spot her at the desk from time to time, helping out our admin staff.

Outside of the clinic, Neve loves travelling, has spent the past two summers participating in Camp America, and enjoys concerts, nights out with friends, and meeting new people.

Fun fact: she was a competitive figure skater for many years, and her own experiences with physio inspired her passion for the field.
